Wedding Bookings
We are based in Cheshire UK and cover the North West and Midlands. This is how you can book us...
- E-mail us with the date, time, venue of your wedding. If we are not free we are happy to give you some phone numbers of other musicians for you to try.
- If we are free we will reserve that date for you for 2 weeks and email our booking form to you.
- Print out 2 copies of the booking form and fill out as fully as you can. (date, times, venue, contact numbers etc, - these details will help us to make sure that your event goes as smoothly as possible). Then send both copies to us (snail mail), with a deposit of £50.
- We will countersign the forms and send you back your copy by return.
That way, both parties have written confirmation, and everything gets sorted out as quickly as possible. You can email us at any time to discuss anything further including choice of music. We will then contact you a week before the event, just to check that everything is ok.

Please note that we require a space of 7'x5' to play. We can normally sort out where we play on the day, however it is worth mentioning to the venue in advance so that they can make allowances in the room for us. If in a marquee we will need a wooden floor, (usually the dance floor is a suitable place).
Because of the value of our instruments we cannot play outdoors, (as explained on the wedding page), low ceiling rooms,(eg - old tudor houses with beams - if a 6'4 person has to duck their head in a room then a concert harp will not fit in....) or in front of open lit fireplaces!
On the day of your Wedding a complimentary copy of our Tranquil Classics CD will be presented to you both, to keep as a memento.
